What Okie Lawmakers Did and Tried to do in '09

Is this a great state or what?

 

Be they Republican or Democrat, Oklahoma surely must have the biggest bunch of dumbasses to ever try to legislate. While the state sunk deeper and deeper into economic decline, what were they busy doing as they collected their paychecks? Well, let me tell ya.
